At Sparsh Inclusive School, we offer tailored educational pathways for children with varying needs through three dedicated sections:

Eligibility Criteria
Slow Learner & Mild MR Section
- Slow Learners: Children with IQ ranging from 70 to 90, based on standardized psychometric tools.
- Mild MR (Mental Retardation): Children with IQ between 55 to 70, provided they are high-functioning.
- Admissions are granted only after a thorough multidisciplinary evaluation.
Admission Procedure
Step 1: Case Definition & Registration
Initial consultation and registration by our Core Consultant Team.
Step 2: Medical Evaluations
Assessment by medical professionals:
- Pediatrician
- Neurologist
- Psychologist
Step 3: Psychometric Testing
- IQ, SQ, DQ testing
- Learning Disability (LD) evaluation (e.g., Woodcock-Johnson)
- Autism assessment (e.g., CARS, GARS, ATEC)
- ADHD screening
- Personality & mood assessments (if applicable)
Step 4: Occupational Therapy Evaluation
Comprehensive motor and sensory integration assessments.
Step 5: Additional Therapies (As Applicable)
Evaluations by:
- Speech & Language Therapist
- Art Therapist
- Sports Teacher
Step 6: Educational Assessment
Conducted by experienced Educationists / Special Educators.
Step 7: Parent Consultation
Discussion on:
- Admission logistics
- Program expectations
- Guidelines, rules, and regulations
- Parental consent and formal agreement
Step 8: Document Submission
Parents must provide:
- Certificate from J. J. Hospital (Autism / Slow Learner / MR)
- 4 Passport-sized photographs
- Birth Certificate
- Residence Proof
- Child’s Aadhar Card
- Parents’ PAN Card
- Previous school reports and School Leaving Certificate (if applicable)
- Signed Consent Form
Step 9: Admission Confirmation
- Fee payment
- Collection of starter material and school handbook
